Does the unit need draining after every use?
Dump the water from the ice bucket but if using regularly you don’t have to drain the water completely from the pads. Only do that if you are planning on storing the ice machine for several days without use.
Is the machine noisy?
No, the unit produces minimal noise during operation, however, it does chime to alert users when the water temperature is greater than 10 degrees celsius and chimes at the end of the selected session.
Do I need separate pads for different areas of the body?
The cold therapy machine includes a unique therapy pad to conform to any area of the body including the shoulder, arm, back, hip, thigh, knee, calf and ankle.

The cold therapy base has a designated fill line for both ice and water. The base holds a total of six liters. If your device begins beeping, your water is too warm and you should add ice to the tank.

The exact temperature of the water as it flows through the therapy pad will depend on the amount of ice in the unit.
How long is each cycle?
Each treatment session can be set in five-minute increments up to a recommended 30 minutes.

How to Use:
Add ice to the designated ice fill line on the base, then add cold water to the designated water fill line
- Secure the therapy machine lid on the base
- Insert the insulated hose connection in the unit until there is an audible click, then attach the therapy pad to the insulated hose, ensuring there is an audible click
- Connect the power cord to the unit and to a grounded outlet
- Press the power switch located on the back of the unit lid

Return/Exchange Policy for Vive Health Products
- Return Eligibility (what is required to be eligible for a return)
- Purchase must have been made directly with Vive Health
- All returns must be made inside product's warranty window
- Issue must be confirmed with a Vive Health product expert using photos or videos for a refund request to be considered
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers may be required to pay cost of return label + restocking fee*
- All purchases have a 30-day return window. Customer is responsible return label, Vive Health can issue a label but the cost will be taken out of the reimbursement.
- An item must first be returned and received before a exchange or refund is processed
- If a return is not received by carrier within 30 days after the request has been approved we will consider the return to be delinquent and a refund will not be processed.
- A return must be authorized by our support team in order to be eligible for a return.
- Customers must report any issues with any product within the first 30 days of purchase. If any defects or damages at arrival are not reported within the first 30 days, the above warranties will not apply.
- Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not able to be returned if opened due to health risks. Products include bathroom safety, braces, mattresses, pads and cushions.

Cancellations for Vive Health Products

Credits
Once your return is verified, Vive Health will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a check within 30 days.

SupplyPT.com does not provide a warranty or guarantee that a cold therapy product will treat your condition or relieve your symptoms. All cold therapy products have a minimum 30-day warranty.

Return Policy:
Returns can be accepted if returned within a 14-day window after delivery and are in new condition (UNUSED) and in their original packaging with instructions. If plastic pad bag is opened, the package cannot be returned. Shipping fees will apply.
A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellation by the customer:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund minus a 3.5% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the product(s) for a refund (see our Return Policy for more information).

If the sender wishes to ship the item back to SupplyPT.com, please affix the authorization number to the box or shipping label, DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. SupplyPT.com will not be responsible for lost return packages. Please provide tracking numbers via email if the sender is shipping back. Otherwise, Supply Physical Therapy will send you a return shipping label and the cost of that shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Do not refuse the delivery of your order. Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments.
In order to ensure that the return and refund are processed correctly, each return must have an RA# written on the packing slip inside the box. Do not write RA#s on the product boxes. If an RA# is written in such a manner that the packaging of the item is defaced, a refund will not be issued.
Without an RA#, we regret that we cannot issue you a full refund. So please obtain an RA# in advance.
