By combining the benefits of cold and compression therapy, this wrap provides complete coverage for effective RICE therapy (REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, ELEVATION).

The wrap is designed using high-quality medical-grade materials, ensuring durability for long-term use.

The wrap includes removable gel liners that can be conveniently frozen between uses, making it an economical value for any user. The Icy Wrap is highly recommended by physical therapists and athletic trainers nationwide and is available in six different specially contoured body part options to meet your specific needs.

Instructions For Use: 

  • To use the Icy Wrap for cold compression therapy, first, place the removable gel liner ice pack in the freezer for approximately 60-90 minutes until it is frozen.
  • Next, with the Icy Wrap logo facing away from the body, carefully apply the wrap to the desired area. It is recommended to have a thin layer of clothing between the skin and the frozen wrap for optimal comfort.
  • Using the air valve and squeeze bulb on the air pump, add compression to the desired level.
  • When the wrap begins to warm up, it should be returned to the freezer for at least 30 minutes before re-application.
  • For optimal results, it is recommended to use the Icy Wrap for 30-60 minutes, 4-6 times per day, when in need of a cold compression regimen.
